The purchase of a Membership and subsequent Member tickets are final sale. However, we understand that plans can change, which is why we offer unlimited free exchanges for Membership ticket purchases! This year, our popular Onstage Classical series returns, but now exclusively for Members! For folks who want to put a swing into their experience at The Soraya, we’ve also introduced our very first Jazz Membership! Plus – all Members can now pre-book valet parking at a discounted rate. Your benefits become active starting on the date of purchase (or renewal) of your Membership for a given season, and remain valid through the final performance of that same season.

A single Membership and its respective benefits apply to your entire household! Invitations to Member-exclusive events and previews are applicable for you and one guest.

Our way of saying thank-you for your valued contribution to The Soraya’s community! During the regular season, we host receptions at The Soraya for all Members, with light appetizers and desserts. It’s a great chance to mix and mingle and perhaps be surprised with a guest appearance or two. Stay tuned for additional updates as the season progresses…

A pre-show lounge experience available to Platinum and Gold Members. Become a Platinum or Gold Member today to receive exclusive access to the Porter Pavilion and Rooftop Terrace before every mainstage performance. Bring a guest or two to take in the exquisite Valley views, enjoy complimentary pre-show beverages and set the mood for an unforgettable outing at The Soraya.

This annual dinner serves as our onstage Season Announcement for Platinum Members, Ambassadors, EDC, Performance Underwriters, and Founders. Gold Members are invited to purchase tickets to this once-a-year event. Platinum Members automatically receive complimentary invitations.

Silver Members and above keep their favorite seats with the purchase of 5 or more performances during the Members-only presale window.

Complimentary self-parking is included with all performance tickets. New this year – all Members can now pre-book discounted valet parking before The Soraya’s mainstage performances! Platinum Members receive free valet parking for all performances. Visit our Parking webpage to learn more.

Tax deductions vary by Membership tier. Once you’ve purchased your Membership, please be on the lookout for a letter from CSUN acknowledging the tax deductible amount/donation specific to your Membership. These exclusive purchasing windows are an advanced opportunity for Members to buy tickets before the public receives ticket purchase access. Be on the lookout for key dates and information on how you can make the most of these exclusive sales this year…

Part of our annual Member presales offerings, a presale for ticket packages is an exclusive opportunity for Members to purchase bundled (or multiple) tickets at their respective discount before the public receives purchasing access. These presales offer the best opportunity to lock in your preferred seats at your Membership tier’s respective ticket discount.

Similar to package presales, Members-Only Single Ticket Presale is an exclusive opportunity for Members to purchase single tickets at their respective discount before the public receives purchasing access. If there are specific ensembles, events, or artists you’re interested in, this presale is your chance to make the most of your Members-only ticket discount to claim those performances.

A Membership is valid for the full season its purchased for. It becomes active starting on the date of purchase (or renewal) and remains valid through the final performance of that season.

We love that you’re thinking ahead! The Soraya’s Membership renewal period typically begins in the Spring months towards the end of a given season, but we’ll be in touch with a series of email reminders to ensure you don’t miss a beat!

We’d hate to see you go, but yes, you can cancel at any time. To make changes to your Membership status, please contact our Ticket Office at (818) 677-3000 anytime between Tuesday–Saturday, 11AM–4PM. Canceled Memberships are not eligible for a refund.

Your gift directly supports our mission to bring you the most unforgettable mainstage programming as well as our expansive Arts Education initiatives. It also provides funding to open the hearts, minds, eyes, and ears of our community through student tickets, free performances for K-12 students, and other activities that give back to the Valley.
