This concert also kicked off our Violins of Hope fundraising efforts in a major way! Starting this fall, our inaugural Artist in Residence, Niv Ashkenazi, will serve over 10,000 students in the San Fernando Valley through in-class workshops and student matinees.

Violins of Hope

Violins of Hope brings 60 violins from Israel to Los Angeles, each instrument a “survivor” of the Holocaust. With concerts throughout the region, and exhibit at the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust, and or first evet Artist in Residence, The Soraya will bring the Violins of Hope to audiences and students far and wide.
